Growing up in California Maya grew up with a very business oriented family. Continuing the path Maya studied business management in school. During and after school she had experience in the management field in the restaurant, ranching and property industries.

Maya moved to Arizona in 1996 and since has made this her home, "I absolutely love the weather, the landscape and the 'West' feel you get here in Arizona". She has been married for four years to a great man. They do not have any children, but have two wonderful dogs, Belle & Gunner, a crazy cat, Cochi, a quarter horse named Romeo and a mule named Ruthy, which are all like their children.  Maya enjoys spending time with her family and riding and being around horses.  Maya and her husband have started their own real estate investment business together.
